ODR Standards Self-Certification
Statement of Self-Certification with Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards
“I/We self-certify compliance with the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards and will accept inquiries and respond with transparency about how I/we comply with each of the ODR Standards.”
Benefits of self-certifying compliance with the ODR Standards
Individuals and entities developing, managing, and providing dispute prevention and handling services via software, ODR platforms and other forms of technology are encouraged to self-certify as complying with the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards found on the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution (ICODR) and the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR) websites. Self-certifying compliance with the ODR Standards furthers visibility for and trust in your services and supports the overall ethical delivery of ODR services. Individuals and entities that self-certify compliance can be listed at the top of the international ODR Providers list hosted on the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, birthplace of ODR. Those placed on the list are not endorsed by either the ICODR or the NCTDR. You are welcome to be in touch to notify us of your self-certification and to request this posting.
ODR Standards Endorsement
Statement of Endorsement of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards
“I/We endorse the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards.”
Benefits of Endorsing the ODR Standards
Individuals and entities are encouraged to endorse the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Standards found on the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution and the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution websites. Publicly endorsing the ODR Standards via listing on your email below your signature, on an ODR provider’s website, in public talks, during teaching and training, in publications and through other activities supports the dissemination of awareness about the value of ethical delivery of ODR. You and your organizations are encouraged to publicly endorse the ODR Standards.
